Recipe via Jamie’s Italian
The weather of late is an almost unbearable combination of merciless sunshine, odd passing rain and humid air. Armed with a camera, laptop, and a backpack weighing down my shoulders, I walked into Jamie’s Italian that afternoon all flushed and sweaty, until I was handed a icy glass of Jamie’s Italian tangy concoction.
Made using Gryphon Tea Mogambo, add to this a splash of berry puree and juice and a dash of lemon juice, you get a little bit of sweet and a little bit of sour, the perfect summertime sweet treat all presented in a gorgeous hue of red. Just a handful of ingredients and a few good shakes; this mocktail recipe is that easy! And so good.
1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
2. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into glass.
3. Garnish with fresh mint and a lemon slice.
