Recipe: Crème of Rose Latte

Seated on our desks, sipping over our Earl Grey Crème tea, we felt a need to add something in it just to make this brew extra special because it’s the month of love. Then it hit us – Roses. Lots and lots of Roses. 30 minutes later, this Crème of Rose Latte happened.

They say it’s always the thought that counts. But we believe it’s always the thought and action done that count. And with that, we want to share this recipe with you so you could make a cup for yourself – or someone special. (But self-love is important too.)

 

 

Brew this cup of fragrant and creamy brew hot or over iced, they’re equally beautiful. Recipe to follow.

 

You’ll need:

3 grams of Gourmet Earl Grey Crème

3 grams of Gourmet Pink Rose Buds

150 ml of hot water.

100 ml of hot milk.

Honey to sweeten* Optional. 

To make:

Brew the two teas in the hot water for 3 minutes. Strain into a handsome mug like this, and add the warm milk in. Serve honey to sweeten and it’s ready to be sipped, gently.
