Every tea blend tells a story, and last weekend, we invited guests to craft their own. Led by Gryphon’s Master Tea Blender, Lim Tianwee, our tea blending workshop brought participants closer to the art and science of tea.

Participants were introduced to a brief history on the teas used by Gryphon, and explored the theory behind tea pairing combinations. By the end of the session, guests were empowered to design their own signature blends, forming a reflection of their creativity and taste.
