All our blends are hand-crafted in small batches in Singapore.

What sets Gryphon Singapore apart from other brands?

Gryphon is an Asian artisanal tea brand built on nearly a century of family-owned heritage. Our blends are inspired by rich Asian cultures, crafted with the finest ingredients to deliver a sophisticated tea experience, and continuously improved upon for the last two decades.

Can I re-steep my tea?

Re-steeping is suitable for many teas, though flavour profiles may differ with each infusion. Tisanes are not recommended for re-steeping.

Why do your teas contain flavourings?

We use only natural flavourings to enhance the unique character of our blends. A wide range of unflavoured teas is also available.

How long will my tea stay fresh?

For the best flavour, we recommend consuming our teas within 2 years of purchase or before the date indicated.

How should I store loose tea?

Store your teas in an airtight container, away from light, moisture, and heat.

Are there any teas I should avoid during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Please consult your healthcare provider before enjoying our teas if you have any allergy concerns.

Do your teas contain sugar or calories?

Most of our teas contain no added sugar, and are virtually free from calories and carbohydrates. However, as tea is a natural product, nutritional values may vary and are not always quantifiable.

How much caffeine do your teas contain?

Our teas are labelled with a general guide:

♣ High Caffeine
Actual caffeine levels may also vary depending on brewing time, water temperature, and steeping method.

SHOPPING FAQ

Can I purchase directly from your office?

We do not support purchase at our office, nor do we offer self-collection. Please visit our website or authorised retailers for in-person purchases.

How do I use a voucher code?

Enter your voucher code at the cart page before checkout. The discount will apply automatically.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal.

What delivery services do you use?

Local orders are delivered via J&T Express. International orders are fulfilled by courier partners and vary by region. Tracking information will be emailed once your parcel is dispatched.

What are the shipping fees?

We offer complimentary shipping within Singapore for orders above SGD 60. For orders below this amount, a flat fee of SGD 6 applies.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is currently unavailable until further notice.

When can I expect my order?

All teas are packed to order and require 2–3 business days for processing before shipping.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Can I modify or cancel an order after payment?

Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. For urgent issues, please contact us promptly.

What is your returns policy?

Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items not caused by shipping. Returns must be approved by Gryphon Singapore due to food and hygiene reasons. Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated. You may find out more about our returns policies here

Are your teaware products under warranty?

All teaware products are carefully inspected before dispatch. Warranty is not available for these items, but they are covered within our returns and exchanges policy should you face any issues with your product(s). You may find out more about our returns and exchanges policy here

How are Gourmet teas packaged?

Each tea is packed in aroma-tight, resealable pouches to preserve freshness.

Do you offer samples?

We provide free samples are included with orders placed through Gryphon Singapore accounts. Requests for specific flavours may be accommodated at our discretion.

Do you provide gift wrapping?

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping services.
