Professional Accounts

These terms apply to all registered Professional Accounts on gryphontea.com. By creating and accessing your account, you agree to the following terms:
  1. Eligibility
    Professional Accounts are extended to verified corporate clients, wholesalers, hospitality partners, and other approved trade customers. After creating the account via the Professional page, Gryphon Singapore will verify your application and request for relevant company documents for verification purposes, e.g., ACRA records. Gryphon Singapore reserves the right to review and approve all applications at our discretion.
  2. ⁠Trade Discount
    Professional Account holders receive a discount on all full-priced products listed on gryphontea.com. This discount is automatically applied upon login and is non-transferable.
  3. ⁠Exclusions
    The trade discount cannot be combined with:
    • Public site-wide promotions or seasonal campaigns
    • Discount codes or vouchers
    • Gryphon Singapore’s Rewards Programme
    • Any other promotional offers unless explicitly approved by Gryphon

  4. ⁠Account Use
    Accounts must be used only by the registered organisation. Any abuse of discount privileges may result in account suspension or termination.
  5. ⁠Ordering & Fulfilment
    All orders are subject to availability and standard processing times. Gryphon Singapore reserves the right to adjust product availability or pricing at any time.
  6. ⁠Changes to Terms
    We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our pricing policy or business operations. You will be notified of material changes in advance.

Rewards Programme

By signing up for an account, customers are automatically enrolled in Gryphon Singapore’s Rewards Programme. 

  1. You will earn “Brewing Points” with all your purchases, where every $1 spent will earn you 10 Brewing Points
  2. Brewing Points will be credited to your account after your purchase
  3. You can redeem Brewing Points for cash discounts in two tiers:
    1. 1,000 points for a $10 voucher
    2. 2,000 points for a $25 voucher
  4. You can also earn Brewing Points by completing certain actions, such as:
    1. Following our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
    2. Posting a product review
    3. Referring a friend
  5. You will receive 1,000 Brewing Points during your birthday month
  6. There is a VIP membership tier:
    1. To qualify for this, you will have to spend $1,000 in a 1 year rolling period
    2. VIPs will stand to earn 20% more Brewing Points per dollar spent
    3. VIPs will also receive exclusive invites to our events
  7. Brewing Points have a 1-year expiration period, and will be refreshed for 1-year durations with your latest order
  8. Brewing Points are non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash
  9. Brewing Points can only be earned and used on gryphontea.com
  10. Gryphon Singapore reserves the right to amend the structure, benefits, or discontinue the Rewards Programme at any time without prior notice

Product Availability & Substitution

All products offered on www.gryphontea.com are subject to availability. In the event an item is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you and may offer an alternative item of equal or greater value or provide a refund at our discretion.

Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to revise product descriptions, pricing, or availability without notice. Orders are fulfilled only after payment confirmation from our payment gateway providers.

Reselling of products purchased through www.gryphontea.com or its retail partners is prohibited unless written consent is provided.

Prices

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars and are subject to prevailing GST for local orders.

We reserve the right to update or discontinue any product or service without notice. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions or site content are error-free or complete.

Discounts

All discounts are not stackable with other discounts. 

Currency Exchange Rates

Displayed exchange rates are for guidance only and may differ from those shown in financial publications or other platforms. All transactions are processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via PayPal, which handles currency conversion based on your account settings. For questions regarding rates and fees, please contact PayPal directly.

Shipping

All orders are shipped through third-party logistics providers. Gryphon Singapore is not liable for any damages, losses, or additional charges (e.g., customs duties or taxes) incurred after the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items not caused by shipping. Returns must be approved by Gryphon Singapore due to food and hygiene reasons. Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated. You may find out more about our returns policies here. 

Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid in your purchase transaction. We are not liable for:

  • Technical disruptions, viruses, or data loss

  • Device damage

  • Business or profit loss
