Local Deliveries (Singapore): We use J&T Express for all local orders.
Standard deliveries will take 2-4 working days.
Express deliveries will be delivered within 2 working days.
International Deliveries: International orders are dispatched via Fedex, depending on destination and shipping conditions to ensure the most reliable and efficient service.
A flat rate of $6 for standard delivery applies to orders below $60.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Gryphon Singapore is not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses unless the error originated from our end. In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect customer input, a re-delivery fee of $6 via J&T Express will be applicable.
