Some days we fancy a strong brew, some days something lighter. And when you do, this light-bodied blend makes for a good choice. With the addition of osmanthus flowers, each sip is a taste of silky floral top notes with a creamy body and short finish. Sometimes, less is more.

With its soft citrusy notes and delicate floral fragrance, it's no wonder Yuzu is a big darling of chefs. Rich in Vitamin C, many have been quick to include it in mains, and even shaking up some mean cocktails. We paired this refreshing citrus with green tea for a superb summer brew.

What was once enjoyed only by the royal palate is now enjoyed by many and raved for its complex flavour characteristics and natural sweetness. No doubt is white tea good on its own, but better would be marrying it with sweet grapes and fragrant rosehips.

We added a touch of vanilla to the classic earl grey blend for a smooth and creamy finish. You are greeted with the redolent of vibrant citrus notes and balmy vanilla, all blended to perfect harmony. Pair this with some decadent creme brulee or smooth custard for an even better experience.

Introducing our new Premium Matcha; Asatsuyu, meaning "morning dew", captures the quiet freshness of daybreak: gentle, luminous and alive. Made primarily from second flush leaves from Kagoshima, Shizuoka and Uji, this balanced matcha blends Yabukita for structure, Samidori for soft umami, and Saemidori for vivid green colour and delicate sweetness. We're not sure why we've never paired lychees with florals prior to this blend. It smells of seventh heaven and all the good things in life. When its aroma alone makes you rub your hands in glee, chances are it'll be 200% better when brewed. Go on, have a cup (or maybe seven).

Straying away from the good'ol Sencha is this smooth velvety Sencha with aromatic vanilla beans. Don't be too eager to get brewing (though we would too), first catch a whiff of the creamy vanilla hints. And when you've properly understood its aroma, you may proceed.
