This sparkling cold brew takes inspiration from Artisan Selection’s Osmanthus Sencha, a fragrant green tea layered with osmanthus blossoms. After steeping for 12 hours, the blend reveals a gentle floral aroma, intertwined with the grassy depth of sencha and a hint of creaminess from the osmanthus flowers.
The addition of passionfruit juice transforms the tea’s subtlety into vibrancy, offering a tangy sweetness that brightens the palate. Carbonation adds effervescence, creating a round texture that lingers between creamy and tart. Together, the florals, green tea, and tropical fruit create a lively, layered infusion that is both refreshing and full of character.
